Coster Avenue is a dead end street off of Stratton Street in within the town of Gettysburg. The easiest way I found to get there is to take York Street to Stratton Street. As you approach the rail road tracks, you will notice a fire house on your right. On the fire house grounds is the monument to Amos Humiston. You can park on the street there with no problems.

Continue North on Stratton street and watch on your right for Coster Avenue. It is very easy to miss so keep a sharp eye out. Make a right onto Coster Avenue and you will immediately see the monuments and mural at the end of the street. There is a very short street and there is limited parking but there is usually a spot you can park for a little while. Just be kind and don't block people's cars. There are people who live and need to park there after all.
